Bundle of 3-4 small repairs
Electric water heater repair
$180–$240
3-5hrs of work
Examples:
4 or more smaller tasks
Toilet & vanity assembly/install
More advanced plumbing or electrical troubleshooting
Mulching
Electric water heater removal & installation
Painting a single room
Fallen tree clearing
Brush clearing
$280–$450
Larger or unique jobs quoted individually
For example painting a large room and/or multiple rooms will be charged per square foot.
Trust me. This saves you money.
Maybe you've got a plan but just need an extra set of competent hands then you can hire me instead of your friend who doesn't know the business end of a shovel.
* Most jobs are completed in a single visit
* Bundling multiple small tasks saves money
* Materials are billed separately (or can be supplied by homeowner)
To ensure quality and safety, services are limited to:
* Non-structural work
* Minor plumbing and electrical (fixture-level only; with some exceptions)
* No behind-the-wall, roofing, or major system work
Old bikes, new bikes, road bikes, kids bikes!
If it’s got two wheels I’ll work on it.
$40 - Standard tune-up: Lube chain, cables, adjust brakes & shifting. Adjust hubs and lube if needed, check bolts, Includes labor for parts replacement if needed (like tires or chain).
$60 - Full tune-up: Everything above plus replacing cables and housing as needed. Lube headset, hubs, and BB, true wheels, and a spit wash.
A la carte repairs are anywhere from $5 - $15
Most quotes and prices are made on a case by case basis depending on what the bike needs.
